This limitation may vary for specific products and services offered by Flight 90. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain liabilities, so this limitation may not apply to you. Our maximum aggregate liability to you, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to USD 100 (one hundred dollars).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flight 90, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from your violation of these Terms and Conditions, the use of Flight 90 Services and Platforms, or any breach of laws or third-party rights.

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, are reserved by Flight 90 and its licensors. You may not copy or transmit any material from Flight 90 except for personal, non-commercial use. Any copyrighted material from third parties on Flight 90 is used solely for identification purposes. This may include canceling your membership, revoking access to your account, and removing any content you have uploaded to the Flight 90 Services and Platforms. Flight 90 may also suspend your use of the Services and Platforms in whole or in part without notice. If we determine or suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions, we may terminate this agreement immediately and without notice. You will remain responsible for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination and may be denied access to our services or any part thereof.

If we fail to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions, it does not mean we waive that right or provision. Any waiver of these Terms and Conditions will only be effective if it is in writing and signed by Flight 90

No matter where you access or use the Flight 90 Services and Platforms, these Terms and Conditions, and any separate agreements under which we provide services, are governed by and construed in accordance with Egyptian laws. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cairo, Egypt. However, Flight 90 reserves the right to bring legal proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
